bstAIR 300 - Air & Nitrogen booster
The bstAIR 300 provides the high-pressure air or nitrogen your application requires. Better yet, it gives you a reliable performance, energy savings, and silent operation in one compact canopy. With a flow range from 0.20 m³/min to 0.83 m³/min, the bstAIR 300 is sure to meet your specific needs.
The bstAIR 300 uses proven multistage piston pump technology. Compression starts at low pressure as the air or nitrogen moves through the inlet and outlet solenoid valves. It then enters the first stage of the pump for further compression. It is cooled down and directed to the next compression stage, thus reaching its maximum working pressure of 300 bar. To protect the unit, the inlet pressure sensor stops the booster when the inlet pressure is too high or too low. Cooling is provided by the axial fan on the booster shaft. The crankcase is vented via the oil separator and the oil breather to reduce oil consumption.
